1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777bd8 website accessible at https://777bd8.ws and all associated services, games, and tools available therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by you on the Platform, including your balance, transaction history, and bonus wallet.

3 Account Security and Access

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials. This responsibility includes but is not limited to all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawals requested, and all communications sent via your Account.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other websites or services.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transaction Processing

All financial transactions on 777bd8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL).

Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card-based deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your Account balance.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved by the Platform's cashier team. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within five minutes of approval during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Card-based withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

6 Gameplay Rules and Bet Settlement

7 Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation by the Platform, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Account Closure and Termination

Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Termination by 777bd8: The Platform may terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in any activity classified as prohibited under Clause 7.
• The Platform is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
• You provide false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

Upon termination for cause, 777bd8 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities. Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party.

14 Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process may be subject to binding arbitration, the terms of which will be communicated at the relevant stage of dispute escalation.

15 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bd8 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the subject matter herein.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties as closely as possible.

No waiver by 777bd8 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. A waiver is only effective if made in writing.
